In the recent review, Redmond Magazine looked at three competing products that provide Linux/Windows interoperability. The content of the article billed Centeris Likewise Management Suite as the “The Big Easy” giving it 9.0 points out of 10.0 for manageability, performance and user interface and 8.0 points out of 10.0 for documentation. The article posted in the May 2007 edition and entitled Manage and Manage Alike states, “Indeed, installing the Centeris package on the Windows server was completely painless.” The article also states, “It was quickly apparent that seasoned Windows veterans would certainly benefit from this product when adding Linux and Unix boxes to their networks.”
